Dances of Universal peace with Ralph & Vitalija - a join-in singing dancing circle

Dances of Universal peace with Ralph & Vitalija - a join-in singing dancing circle
Bharat Bhavan Mill Road

"An experience beyond words...
We move and breathe and sing together in a circle, holding hands, like one organism.
Like a cell in the body, remembering being part of something much bigger than the small self.
The separated individuality may dissolve into a blissful state of oneness with the group.
Simultaneous chanting and dancing are fundamental expressions of our creativity,
which gets inspired and stimulated through these Dances of Universal Peace.
The Dances of Universal Peace are a spiritual practice:
all chakras get involved or even activated.
A deep, soulful sense of joy may be felt.
Tears may flow, when the soul begins to remember it's deep longing...

The dances can be a bridge to awakening, connecting with the Divine.
Your voice may open up and your breathing can become deeper and free.
All sorts of things may happen during or after the dancing, often on a subtle level.
We usually hug each other. These hugs can be very healing and comforting..."

Cost: £6 (or less, if you can't afford this)

Dances of Universal Peace with Ralph, July 2009
Sufi Dances of Universal Peace & zikr with Ralph & Vitalija
Friends Meeting House, 12 Jesus Lane

You are invited to join us this evening of joyful, lighthearted and uplifting join in singing and dancing in our circle: Dances of Universal Peace. Please bring an open heart.
"O man, learn to dance, or else the angels in heaven will not know what to do with you."
    Saint Augustine (A.D. 354 ... 430) - read the whole poem

"The dancing and singing that you created for us, at Richmond yesterday, Ralph, led me to that beautiful and undeniable feeling of peace and harmony within. It is when you see love in the eyes of another, and you give love to them, through the dancing, that your heart fills with love and gentleness. To see devotion in the heart of another, brings it out in ourselves. Yesterday, I felt that I was dancing with other lovers of God, (or the Universal Source - whatever name we choose to give it), and that we shared in the beauty of the Divine together. Is there any more beautiful feeling than the feeling of mystical love? I felt that in my being, when I walked home afterwards.
With loving gratitude." (Ann, London-Richmond, October 2009)

"I very much appreciated the variety in the dances you both introduce, and the way the energy is very celebrational, playful and ecstatic at times as well as going into softer meditative places. This helps me get swept up and stay engaged. I also like the concise way you gave a context and meaning for some of the dances, without going on at any length. The inclusive way you are, as both individuals and together gave me a safe and sweet feeling which helped me to leave aside my critical tendencies and to feel embraced by the circle." (Stefan Freedman, international circle dance teacher - www.worldance.org, April '09)

Every February 14th, people throughout the planet join together with their intentionalized sound to project a sonic valentine of love & appreciation to Gaia, our Earth Mother. We tone the heart sound "Ah" for a minimum of 5 minutes, and of course longer if your schedule permits. Often people will gather groups together and facilitate this toning experience in their respective communities. If possible, we ask that you take at least 5 minutes to tone at 12 noon Eastern time, and as always, we encourage the sounding of the "Ah" by yourself or with a group at any time during the course of the day.

On World Sound Healing Day, sound healers, meditators, peace activists and lovers of all humanity and sentient consciousness send a Sonic Valentine to the Earth with the heart sound "AH" filled with the intention of Peace and Love!
