Returning to the Corn Exchange for its third successful year, Teenage Kicks is a hugely popular event and has become the must see live event of the musical calendar presenting a "celebration of independent music" featuring the best unsigned bands from the east of England, joined by some very special guests.
This year sees a fantastic line sees five of the best local unsigned acts, A Girl Called Kate, A.R.T, Tell it To The Marines, The Mavericks of Love and The Shills joined by two rising stars of the music industry: the teenage indie/-pop/punk/synth phenomenon My Passion plus local heroes, BBC Dragons Den stars and chart topping local boys made good, Hamfatter. A fantastic night of live music for all ages and a tribute to the memory of Inkus bassist Tom Jones and raising funds for the Huntingdon Multiple Sclerosis therapy centre.
Over 100+ bands expressed an interest in playing, but only five of the best were invited to play the world famous stage of the Corn Exchange in front of 1000 fans. The line up is now complete and a 22 track CD of some of the best bands was released 8th November sponsored FMS promotions Ltd.
