Punk legends Stiff Little Fingers return to the Junction on Tuesday 19th March. Jake Burns formed Stiff Little Fingers (name taken from a 1977 Vibrators lyric "If it wasn’t for your stiff little fingers nobody would know you were dead"…) in 1978 after seeing the Clash play in his hometown Belfast. The band released the classic singles Suspect Device and Alternative Ulster later that year. Since reforming in 1987 the band have been recording and touring almost non-stop.
They come to Cambridge with a great supporting line up of folk rockers The Men They Couldn't Hang and punk veteran Ed Tudor Pole. Tickets price £16 adv are available from The Junction.
