Event details: Hot Chip are best described as quirky, original, electro-pop fusion. They won the prestigious Ivor Novello award for their breakthrough single 'Over and Over'. These chart toppers are back on tour and live in Cambridge this October

Hot Chip's recently released long player ‘Made in the Dark' is heavily informed by 2 years of touring and as a consequence Hot Chip have become a meaner, more Balearic proposition with their songs taking on wilder and rawer forms while never deviating too far away from their signature pop aesthetic.

Hot Chip released the critically acclaimed third album ‘Made in the Dark' in February 2008. It flew straight into the top 5 and the contagious single ‘Ready For The Floor' crash landed into the top 10 where it remained for several weeks to become their biggest hit to date, already surpassing sales for the Ivor Novello award winning ‘Over and Over'.
