Event details: Come down as a band and try out new songs or come on your own and join in with others. If you are not too sure just pop along to watch and see what you think. It doesn't mater if you aren't in a band or if you only know a few chords still come along and get involved.
For all sessions amps, drums and PA are provided along with a few guitars. A small entrance fee (no more than £2) is sometimes charged to cover hire of the hall and equipment repairs.

Fenland Jam is a musical organisation based in Ely, founded by the chairman Steve Mingay MBE in 2005. Later a constitution was adopted with the following objectives:
a) To provide an opportunity for people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to come together to make music, socialise and share ideas.
b) To make the opportunity to create music accessible to all.
c) To support, teach and encourage musicians.
d) To allow individuals to play as part of a band.
e) To encourage people to become involved in their local music scene and develop a musical community.
