Brook Room
23.5m long x 12.5m wide 3.6m high

This is the main space for functions & events. At one end is the professionally equipped stage with full lighting & sound system. The room can be laid out Theatre Style or Banquet Style depending on need. Depending on layout the room will seat up to 300 people. A commercial kitchen provides the opportunity for any form of catering. There is also a well stocked, competitively priced bar leading out into the large foyer area.

Lode Room
13.8m long x 8.4m wide

This flexible space can, by means of movable walls, be used independently or in conjunction with the Brook Room. This more intimate space is ideal for conferences, meetings & training events. For weddings it is also licensed for Civil Ceremonies.

The entire complex is all on one level and is accessible to disabled users.

External Facilities
Fen View Lawn

This tranquil lawn, with its Fen views, runs along the rear of the Lode Room & has direct access from the Lode Room. It is ideal for outdoor events, summer parties, marquees & wedding photography

Croquet Lawn

A formal & secluded lawn just off to the side of the main building. Perfect for Wedding and group photographs.

Patio Garden
Adjacent to the Brook & Lode rooms this lush & colourful herbaceous area is optimally placed for those wishing to sit & enjoy the sun or take a break from the inside event.

Car Parking
There is a large, private car park to the front of the building with spaces for over 50 cars
